as for the syntactical thing, you can modify the heading line as:

Dear Mr. Roy. Just went through the letter and was shocked to read the contents. If he has threatened your wife then you should file a police complaint against him for disrespecting the dignity of a women. Laws are in favour of women and he will be taught a lesson for life that he will never ever insult a women and or to any one else. Go ahead and file a case against him. Also bring out any other frauds or misappropriations made in the society office by these present committee members. as an update, the society has sent me a letter today which claims that we took (me and Dr Jadhav) 2 precious hours of their time to see some documents and we are of the mentality to play spoil sport ! I could not stop laughing at the letter.

With such tamasha's going on, I think it is high time that this committee should be stopped from working at the earliest as they have clearly shown that they have vested interests.

I think the major points are:

1. Mr Gokakkar's legal validity to be a member. He is not official associate member.
2. His freudulant and suspicious activities.

Also, I would propose that our individual building form apartments and run the show on small scale.

Dear Atul, Please complain to the Registrar regarding this letter. Every member has a right to ask for records of the society as per the Bye laws and the Maharashtra Co-op Soc Act.1960. No one can prevent any member from the information or documents. If they do so you can complain to the Registrar. You can also approach the Co-op Court asking for justice. I think it will be important to be present for GBM in a group which has come to some agreement and votes (in majority) for the same.
Unfortunately i am traveling to Nashik this weekend, but will try to come back sunday morning.

Few points we should push for getting sanctioned are:

1. Ask for Mr Gokakkar legality as associate members (I am going to give a letter asking so and ask them to come prepared to GBM)
2. Why and on what basis is Mr Ijantkar selected a body member? why was a notice not put up for interested persons? also another way could have been to ask those who were next in the voting count in our elections. Mr Ijantkar was removed earlier for quoting 10000 rs for 2000 Rs Item and that too he wanted cash only. Mr Rajan agrees to this in person but he behaves differently in the meeting.
3. The case of Mrs Roy. I have asked for meeting minutes of 29th February, in which it was decided to remove Mrs Roy, while Mr Patil declared blatantly that she resigned on her own in last GBM. So why such decision was taken is a mystery.
4. Rotation of Chairman and Secretary post is very important.
5. We should also give the warning that any political connections are not to be encouraged and society position as such can not be used for the purpose. We see routinely (e.g. after August 15 th program) body members going to local corporator, representing the society.
6.We may ask for what Mr Pandhare (the election officer) recommended to have an individual building it's own Apartments type structure as managing such a big society is a problem from his experience.
7. Last but not the least, if row houses claim that the overhead tankers were given by builder and not constructed by them, with same logic all the buildings can use their overhead tanks too. I think all the buildings have some tanks, may it be for fire brigade.

Dear Atul On 12th also you left early after 15 minutes. You should have stayed for long time as rajan had spoken about your non payment of soc dues and the timepass made by you. You should have been present there and defended yourself. Now you are going out again.
