POLICY TO RAISE COMMON ISSUE IN THE GBM

Dear Mr. Atulji,

This time we should nominate one of our rep.; a new member; to raise
Mr.Gokakar's legality of being M/committe member & his right to
attend GBM:

This should be raised immediately after the GB meeting started officially.

You, Mr. Sanjay, & Mr.Jadhav should not raise this point initially as
they are complaining you people are disctrubing them. This should
help to show that even other members have the same view.

Incase while raising the point, all committe members may stand
together & raise voice. This time you all should catch the point in
such a way that you all Mananging C/members keep quite & do not
disctrub others to express their view.

Then we all to stick to the point unitll they show the legal valid documents.


2. His disqualification. He became a defalter as he has been using
socy cash for 3 years. Proof is the resocy record.

3. We have seen an advt in the City Plus shwoing that there has been
a vacancy in the socy Ofiice as Manager.

What is reason you all have together passed a resoullution in the
Monthly meeting held on 29.02.12 to remove the then Manager with
immediate effect. We want to know what that Manager did against the
Socy? We want to know the reason & punich such a manager who worked
against the socy's interest.

A big conspiracy was made to remove the then Manager by Chairman:

Chairman along with Mr.Pratapwar made a big conspiracy for moving out
the then manager and they interviewed a person who has been brought by
Mr. Pratapwar. This interview has been conducted in the residence of
Mr.Rajesh Patil's (Chairman) residence one day morning even without
informing secretary Mr.P.T. Rajan. This is the proof of big
conspiracy.

Let Mr. Rajan say in the GB that : Is it true or false?

We should not allow to speak anyone else form Managing committee other
than Mr.Rajan.

If the Manager is guilty, then, punish her or else punish the people
who has made conspiracy & passed the ressolution againt the then
Manager.

Follows other matter.

All points should be presented in a systematic way. The end result
would be that every one who are there in the GBM will support us.

Plan to make strategy.

To all members of the group.   I had submitted 9 pages letter to society  dated 03/08/2012 on 08/08/2012 raising many issues from the Annual Report given to us. Subsequently I gave them a reminder letter  may be on 16th August rasing furhter issues in the Annual Report . Again I gave them a letter on 17th August asking for copies of bills of fixed assets purchased during financial year 2011-12. Today Ganesh had come with 4 letters which were unsigned and just bearing round stamp of society!. They have not replied to all the issues raised by me. Regarding water problem they say there is short supply from PCMC and they have forwarded my letter to PCMC!. God they believe that they cannot get good supply themselves and hence forwarded my letter to PCMC. Dear all if water supply increases in future then remember that it is not because of the managing committee efforts but due to my letter forwarded to PCMC!. Regarding the copies of documents asked by me they say as per section 32 of the Maharashtra Co-op Society Act  1960 they cannot give me. But the letter is unsigned. If they sign and give me I shall go to the Co-op court asking for justice. Then they will realise that they should not play with the rights of the members. For some records they say it is more than 5 years old and hence they are not able to give them!. All these letters are unsigned and hence I sent backGanesh to get them signed so that I can give them to my Advocate for necessary action. Then they will get to know that they should not play with the rights of the members. First of all they have not answered all the issues raised by me.Secondly they give false information to all the members. So time is come to send them home!. let us approach the Registrar and ask for SPECIAL AUDIT for all the years. The letter from the Adv Pahuja is displayed inside the notice boardWhy  and is in small letters. They have not put up on the main road near security gate. Why?. Again they letter put up near the club house is also put up at such a height that you cannot read it. Why is it put up this way? So that no one will read and ask any questions on that matter. I have approached another Advocate from Delhi Mr.Sharma who is practicing in the national Commission cases only. I will come out with the facts and figures of the case if they are not willing to give us. Today they all are attending a National Conference in Amravati on the cases in the Consumer forum and commission. Once I will get all the information I will share with you all. But be sure that we should remove all of them immediately. The meeting on 2nd is continuation of the invalid meeting called on 12th August. But be sure that please oppose the passing of accounts and budget as both are bogus. Our hard earned money is misused by them. Attend the meeting but do not pass the accounts and budget. Further Mr. Roy dont worry we all are with you. In case you decide to file a police complaint for sthe threat given to you and your wife, we should go legally and complain. We can do it today also. It will be excellent if you share the news from Amravti meeting regarding consumer cases.
Also, on the water, the excuse given is that some water tank is to be built nearby behind us, and after that we will get more water.

If this is the case with one of the oldest societies in the area, how on earth municipalty grants sanction, without even provisioning enough water, forget roads! And we talk about super power bharat... I think we the common citizens should stop accepting such bakwas, else there is no meaning to super power india. Only super people in india will be super. nothing else.

Actually it is unfortunate that Rajesh patil and his team did not allow us to speak. They after having accepted that Mr. Gokakkar is not a valid Associate member but still was allowed to attend the meeting. Though he has already done a fraud, Rajesh patil and his team supported him. Why did he not elaborate and explain why action was not taken against Gokakkar. This shows that they are all hand in gloves. I had already given 3 letters to society office regarding the issues in the Annual Report. However they did not allow me to discuss these issues and rather put the motion for adoption of accounts and the budget which was passed by his supporters. Now he accused me that I had not accepted letter sent by office. Let me clarify that as already informed to you in earlier mail that Ganesh had come with 4 letters to me day before yesterday morning at around 11 AM and all the letters were not signed by any office bearers and were also not on the letter head of the society. They were just bearing the rubber stamp of the society. How could I accept such letters when they were not on the letter head of the society and also were not signed by any office bearers.(Chairman/Secretary). I informed Ganesh to ask them to give in on the letter head of the Society and duly signed by Chairman and Secretary. Ganesh Came to me next day that is on 1st Sept 12, at around 1 pm when I was going out for work and was just about to sit in my car. I told him to come after 2 hours and asked him to see whether they are on the letter head of society and also signed by chairman. He called me at 5 pm when I was again with one of my client and was outside. He told me that they are not signed by Rajesh patil. I told him that as I had written letter to Chairman as per  notice to the AGM, I expected him to sign and give me. But since he did not sign , how could I accept such letter?. Ganesh did not come to me again. Rajesh patil gave wrong information to all the members at the meeting. And he and his team did not allow me to speak and clarify the matter. Such is the dictatorship of the present committee members. Dear all let us all join together and file a case in the Co-Operative Court and ask for justice. I am sure that truth will always win and have faith and patience in the judiciary. Come and be bold enough to file a case against these committee members. They are cheating and giving false information to all. Tomorrow they will again increase the membership subsciption fees as they will have to refund the excess collected from the members who have paid occupancy charges. Society has collected 20% instead of 10% and thus violated the byelaws. If society needs to refund the excess collection then they will have to collect extra fees from all of us as the excess collection made by them has already been spent by them. Then tomorrow will all of you pay excess for the refund? Why should we all innocent members pay for the mistake of the managing committee members.?. Even interest will have to be paid if the matter goes to the Court. The amount of refund for last 8 years may run in crores of Rupees!. So either be prepared to shell out more money or come forward to ask for justice from the Courts. Satyamev Jayatey.   S

This is why I am stressing, that, only if we are present in MAJORITY the laws of democracy will play a nice tune for us.

What seems to have happened in the meeting is the standard way of proceedings. Mr Patil is becoming a seasoned politician, nothing else, and not the person who will do anything for society good and most of all THE TRUTH ...
