All,
Hope you all had a wonderful Diwali.
The reason to write this mail is the GBM meeting minutes that are put up on the notice boards and is handed over individually as well.
there are many things that need discussion. Things that are not correct to the actual facts, things missing, things wrongly put.
So, we decided to meet. On Friday evening or saturday morning.
Please let me know what suits you best.
The goal is to draft a good letter summarizing important points and submit.
The last date for submission is 2nd Of december.
