Dear all Please find the Attachment regarding the issues related to our Soceity. Now he says that there is no need to get approval of last GBM minutes!. He claims that they were already circulated!. All false claims. Please ask them to resign. Annual Accounts and Audit Report cannot be adopted for reasons cited in the attached file. Please ensure to pass this mail to as many members as you can and see that Accounts are not adopted and we ask for Special Audit from the Registrar. We saw Madhu Koda scam, 2 G Scam, Common Wealth Scam , Coalgate Scam and now the Planet Scam!.Please do attend the meet on 2nd Sept to ensure that the Accounts are not adopted and we ask for SPECIAL AUDIT FROM THE REGISTRAR. Actually in 2007 the Special GB had decided to file FIR for the loss of some important documents from society office related to quotations/tenders. Why did they fail to approach the Police then?. It is these people only who were on the Committee then. I remember that Pravin Magar the Manager then had resigned from the office and had submitted a letter to the office claiming that the office bearers are corrupt and he had even named the persons for that. The said letter copy was later put in everybody's letter box (with the consent of one of the Office bearers now!). However the said letters were withdrawn from everybodys letter boxes by the security guards on the orders of the office bearers then. You know iit who it was!. How can any one remove any letter or documents from others personal letter box?. Be united and we can ask for fresh mandate from the members and change the entire team. Let us work together for the betterment of our fellow members. (Corruption free). Mr and Mrs Roy can share any information they have about the irregularities done by the present committee with all the members.Please do come forward and express yourself and help all to bring a change in  the leadership of our Society. If any one of you have a copy of the letter given by Pravin Magar claiming corruption in society office please do provide one copy. If any office bearer is trying to protect a corrupt office bearer it clearly shows that he also may be involved in it. Regarding the Court case against builder a notice has been put up. The letter from one Adv says that the case will come up for hearing in Dec12 or Jan 13. This has been told earlier also when he had demanded Rs.3 lacs as fees. Now he wants 2.40 lacs being 80% of the fees before Sept /Oct 12.What if the verdict goes against us and we have to pay the court charges and case charges ?. He has not replied whether the case is strong. When was the last hearing done?.  He is silent on the  reply filed by PCMC in the case. He did not mention about the present status of the case. He has cited reason for delay as the number of cases pending with the Commission. But 3 years back also we were told that it will come up for hearing within 5-6 months after our payment of his fees. How many hearings have taken place till date and what is the outcome of the matter is not clear. Now they will ask us to shell out some money for the court matter and then tomorrow if the case goes against us then we will have to pay from our pocket for the charges and fine if any imposed by the Commission. Let the Management come out clean with the  real picture on the matter. Why are they afraid? Let them let us know how many hearings have taken place, when was the last hearing, what is the impact of the reply given by PCMC on the matter. On one side they say court matter is pending and on the other hand they display on the notice board an appeal to co operate with the representatives of the builder for the survey. The appeal by the builder is displayed on the official letter head of our society!. Where as a committee formed for water problem is on plain paper!. Only two members are on the committee (Mr. Sharma and Mr. Murugkar)!. This shows how serious they are!. Yesterday they displayed that there will be 24 hours water supply from 26/08/12 (My birthday!). But today there is no water!!!!!. Please come forward and be united and let us have fresh elections immediately and have a change for the betterment of our fellow members. Satyamev Jayatey.
