Dear all, Let us all be united and keep on adding atleast 2 members per day so that we can have sizable number of members on this group. There are many irregularities in the management of our society. Actually we can say there is total mis management of our funds which are hard earned by all of us. Looking at the annual report of 2011-12 we can see how unreliable they are. It seems that Mr. Gokakkar has made a fraud in our society and has miappropriated the funds. I had spoken of this matter with Rajesh last week who had accepted the matter orally. But no action was taken against Mr. Gokakkar. This information was given by Mr.Vilas Pratapwar himself to us. This was again confirmed from old office staff also. how could continue for 3 years as managing committee member after mismanaging the funds of this Society. Should he not be booked?. Let law take its own course. Looking at the financial statements 2011-12 there are many areas which show some flaws to which I had given a letter to Scoiety office on 08/08/12 for which I have not received any reply.The Accounts and budget cannot be adopted and actually needs a special audit from the Department for all the earlier years also. Last AGM minutes were not circulated to all the members as mentioned in  the Agenda for AGM. Mr. Rajan Should resign as Secretary of the Society as he has failed in his duties. Acutally if you all see many of these committee members are unfit to be on their post for one or the other reasons. Mr. Sandeep Pawar had become violent during SGB held last week and I had to call police and then he had to give written apology in the police station for becomming violent and doing harm to me and Atul. All the managing committee members backed him and supported him. Should such committee continue in office?. Every Member has right to speak and express his or her views, but no one has right to take law in hand the way Sandeep Pawar took. Now it is learnt that he had been doing such things earlier also. But then why is he not removed from the Managing Committee.? There are many issues,which I can share with you in the communications to follow. Let us be united and throw these people out of power and let law take its own course. So Please add more and more members to this group and circulate the mails. We are aware that groups/social sites are more powerfull and can topple governments as is evident from the global incidents.
