Dear all, I had sent my wife and a family friend from our society yesterday at around 5.30 pm to submit m y resrevations and objections to the minutes displayed. However to my surprise I was informed by Mr. Gaikwad and Mrs Shelar our society manager that they cannot accept letter from me as they have been instructed by Rajesh Patil and P T Rajan. Are they fit to be on the post which they hold?. Should this matter not be brought to the notice of the Registrar?. I have recorded this incident. This way of putting bogus minutes and misguiding the members is unehtical. Their act of putting such fabricated minutes and defaming any member and their act of not accepting the letter from a member is really "VINASH KALE VIPARIT BUDDHI". I am attaching soft copy of my letter to this mail. Please give your comments and let us take this matter further in the interest of all the members of our society. Yes, I was the witness to most part of this. Submitting the feedback was such a pain that one could almost always see that it was discouraged. First the manager and assistant were just reluctant to give aknowledgement, then they said the instructions are only for Mr Ashrit (supposedly because he did not accept some unsigned society letters). After communicating to Mr Patil the lady was instructed to sign as acknowledgement but she ran away saying her time is over and Mr Gaikwad will take care. Then Mr Gaikwad refused. Then again call with Mr Patil. Then there was issue about only one person signature should be on the letter, whereby on fourth and last page i had a sheet for many signaturees. Did not understand why such a insistance was held - probably because they have already planned to reply saying I have not paid the dues so can not reply !

So, all n all, the management committe has become a fiasco and completely un-democratic institution.

It is upto all of us, either to resist this direction or silently succumb to it, (and then teach our kids to fight the unjust, bad etc etc! ) let the charity begin at society - the next level of home.

Dear all, Please find attached 3 letters addressed to chairman in relation to misrepresnting facts mentioned in the so called minutes of the AGM. Two letters are already accpted by office on 25th of Nov,12 and the last one dated 30th Nov is not accepted by society office on the instructions of Rajesh patil and Rajan. Please go through all the 3 letters to know how falsely the minutes are drafted and misguiding the members. Facts are supressed and false allegations are made against genuine members. Hello All,

Here is one small update.

Just called Mr Chandel, our registrar at the Tukaram nagar office and asked as to what happened regarding the two letters that were submitted on 15th Oct. 2012. He promised to look at those and get back.
