re-iterating couple of points mentioned earlier:

1. Legality of Mr Gokakar as associate member. The present notice also says that only legal members will be allowed.
    Mr Gokakar has not done the official formality of paying 100 Rs and fill one specific form to become associate member.

2. Ask for resignation of Mr Sandeep Powar.

3. Invalidate the selection of Mr Ijantkar.

4. What is the basis of not showing the documents till monthly meeting is done?

5. The notice put up claims that the meeting minutes of last GBM (which need to be passed) were circulated on 8.9.2012 Has anyone
    really received them? And they are arrogant enough to say that they need not be passed in this GBM! this is what is happening.
    They think they can make anything as rule and final word on anything.
