Rethinking climate change: Natural variability, solar forcing, model uncertainties, and policy implications

Retrograde thinking like this is incredibly dangerous as leads to apathy in the face of incredibly dangerous global and Arctic warming.  Where are tipping points mentioned? Where is the risk analysis?

This kind of attack on science feeds into the climate change deniers. I wonder whether it was sponsored by a denier group. Any clues?
