Making some tweaks

Hi everyone,

I want to give you a heads up that we're making some tweaks to the API
this week as we discover discrepancies and the like. These are largely
minor changes, but even minor ones can break functionality, so please
let me know if you've already built something you think could be
affected.

We're aiming to get all of these changes done before announcing the
API so that it doesn't shift around much after that.
