Mac, magic mouse, typing in 9term, window scrolls continuously on navigating away

Hi,

Anyone noticed the strange scrolling behaviour on a Mac with an apple magic mouse.

When I working in a 9term window, and I navigate outside this window the 9term starts scrolling continuously as though I am trying to select many previous lines of text.

This only occurs with apple magic mice (not with traditional mice) and it does not happen every time - I have not yet managed to nail down exactly what provokes it.

I shall update as I discover more, but I am surprised not to have seen other reports of this.
