Ken Thompson chess database ported to plan9port

Now that the plan9 foundation (http://p9f.org/) released all editions of plan9 under the MIT license, i can release the port of Ken Thompsons chess database http://man.cat-v.org/plan_9_2nd_ed/7/chdb to plan9port.

The db was included in the 1st and 2nd editions of plan9 but it was not included in later editions. However it has some interesting points and certainly historical value. Ken Thompson is a pioneer of chess programming but there is no code of his, available to study. Hopefully this narrows the gap.
