Is it possible to pass arguments (like -a, -F) to acme when it is started via the plumber?

In $HOME/lib/plumbing if I add any args in the "editor=acme" line, they don't seem to be passed to acme. Quoting the strings causes acme to not even launch.

No, not by changing editor=. You could change the uses of $editor in $PLAN9/plumb/basic, but probably the simplest thing is to create a script in your $PATH that runs acme with your options and set editor=name-of-that-script. You could even call the script acme as long as it refers to $PLAN9/bin/acme explicitly to get to the real acme.

Thanks Russ. That's what I ended up doing, just didn't know if there was a proper way.

acme itself is on my $PATH, so I ended up calling my script acne. :P
