Hello

Making some progress on module loading/linking.
Libinterp contains generated #defines for constants and structs from the module declaration file.

Such structs are generated both for adts and stack frames of function calls in built-in modules.

I've been working on something similar, using pegjs, to go from C structs to my Dart sort-of-structs, since the Sys module alone contributes over 500 lines of #define/structs to libinterp/runt.h.
