Dear colleague, I am writing to ask for your help as we work on the next State of the Humanitarian System review. We are now conducting a large survey of international and national humanitarian practitioners, including host governments and are keen to maximise our sample size. To do this we require your assistance. There are two ways in which you can help: 1. Complete the survey ONLY if you are directly involved in operational humanitarian response. French, Spanish and Arabic versions also available. 2. Disseminate the survey within your networks. This could include circulating it through thematic listservs and/or mentioning it in your website, newsletter or via social media. Feel free to use this banner and
