Any way to force a sync on individual files?

Ever since the last upgrade the app has lot the ability to force-sync individual files. Now it takes up to 15 or 20 minutes for PlainText to sync with DropBox. Has anyone found a hack or workaround? I suspect it is syncing all the DropBox files instead of just the old Plaintext directory. If I could limit the sync to just the Plaintext directory it would probably go faster. I'm about ready to switch to a different solution :-(

Use the app called writeroom instead. It is the same as the old plaintext.

You can force sync a folder by tapping the "Share" button in the folder's view. This isn't the best solution and will be fixed soon.
