Chapter problems

I really like Plaintext and I use it very often but there is a problem with Plaintext 1. When you go to write chapters, you'd write;
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Chapter 3
And so on, but when you get to Chapter 10 it puts it underneath Chapter 1 rather than under Chapter 9.
I really wish to get this problem sorted as I do use this app so much.
