Iphone docs not migrating

Hopefully this is the right place to put this out there. 

My docs saved on my iPhone have not migrated to the new app. A few months ago I started having problems with docs not syncing with dropbox, also. I tried unlinking and relinking but to no avail. Now dropbox won't sync anything saved in the iPhone folder with Dropbox. Is there something I am missing? Is there a way to manually copy files from the iPhone folder into the Dropbox folder? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
