New proposed scheme for buttons

Hi All,

after putting Uchechi's work on describing what the code does, I tried to reorganize the buttons -- we had really too many buttons in the bar of the ExplanationEditor. I separated the buttons that have to do with code and put them below. The code is in branch luca-buttons-reorg and I would be very grateful if you told me whether you like better or worse this new button arrangement.

Here is how a code cell looks like now when focused:
