Hi all! Happy to say that all kinds of other formats are also available online now:

NB: The book will always be available for free. Nobody is forced to use the pay options!

For the Kindle version, Amazon provides an overwhelming number of country-specific links. I'm told that using the single URL that I have done ought to work (automatically redirect?) to other countries. I don't have a non-US VPN with which to test this, but hopefully those of you not in the US can give it a quick whirl and check.
