TREAT THIS EMAIL AS IMPORTANT AND URGENT !

The students are hereby requested submit the copy of the project work in a CD as described in this email by Principal.

The CD should be labeled with Dept, USNs and Student Names, Title of the Project, Guide, Internal/External, Year.

The Soft Copy of the Project work shall consist of the following:

1. Title of the Project;
2. Objective(s)of the Project;
3. The student team (project team-mates);
4. Department;
5. Where the project executed (internal or external);
6. The entire project report

 If the project is executed in the college then the softcopy of the entire project work must be submitted. If it is intern then the ppts and other relevant documents must be submitted.

Immediately, send me a soft copy of the zipped file of your project work to my email mentioning your batch number.

NOTE: ALL THE BATCH MUST SUBMIT THE CD TO Mr. T.S Ramesh TO FINALIZE THE CIE.

Pursuant to the discussions in the meeting held by Karnataka Higher
Education & SPFU (TEQIP) with regard to enhance  the innovation it was decided to preserve the soft copies of all the Project Works carried out by the students (both UG & PG).  We may get a direction from the VTU at the earliest. It is also mandated that the TEQIP Colleges should also implement this.

In view of the above all the HODs are hereby informed to inform the faculty members who are guiding the student projects (both UG & PG) and ensure that all the students submit a soft copy of their project work. The Soft Copy of the Project work shall consist of the following:

1. Title of the Project;
2. Objective
   (s)
   of the Project;
3. The student team (project team-mates);
4. Department;
5. Where the project executed (internal or external);
6. The entire project report
   

A CD of the project carried-out this academic year shall be submitted along with the submission of CIE.
