Dear Students,

Thanks for your time. As discussed during our call the recruitment drive is scheduled on 10th October, 2013 at KSR College of Technology, Tiruchenkode. In case of any clarification feel free to call/write to us.

The recruitment process is as follows,

• Stage 1: All candidates will be subjected to an aptitude test, communication skills evaluation and an interview at your premises. This will be jointly conducted by our  partner Network Labs India Pvt Ltd and us (Vriksham Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) as per Mindtree’s evaluation methodologies
• Stage 2: Short-listed candidates will undergo an interview at Mindtree in Bangalore/Chennai. Selected candidates will be offered a conditional offer letter by Mindtree Ltd and will have to undergo a customized 9 weeks self-supported training at Network Labs (India) Pvt Ltd either in Chennai/Bangalore.
• Stage 3: On successful completion of training and evaluation, selected candidates will be offered the position of Junior Engineer and will be expected to join immediately. Overall cost of training will be INR 40,000 + service tax and Mindtree will reimburse 50% of training fee on successful completion of 12 months at the company

Eligibility Criteria:

•  B.E (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/Telecom) and MCA 2012/2013 Pass outs only
• Aggregate of 60% above in Graduation
• Students should be from AICTE approved colleges
• Good communication skills, logical thinking and analytical abilities
• Ready for placement anywhere in India

Compensation: INR 2.1 Lakh per annum
