About FACE:
FACE is an IIM Graduates’ enterprise designed to cater to the vast and different needs of today’s student and corporate community. FACE has three business verticals and each of them focus on three distinct customer segments namely, Educational Institutions, Corporate Organizations and Government agencies. We offer skills-development programs for students by tying up with the educational institutions. Our offering for corporate organizations includes recruitment services and training for entry level recruits under the Train & Hire model. Job Description
· Evaluate the impact of training provided.
· Monitor,
measure and report performance improvement for trainees.
· Assess training groups and customize the training accordingly.
· Design training courses and programs necessary to meet new/existing training needs.
· Design training delivery necessary to meet new/existing training needs.
· Ensure that all training activities and materials used to conduct training meet quality standards.
· Support training sessions.

Job Requirements
BE / BTech - 2012 /2011 passouts[No MCA]
· Excellent articulation skills.
· Excellent in quantitative aptitude.
· Quick learner with go-getter attitude.
Terms of Association
· Internships are offered for a period of 2-6 months, starting immediately.
· Interns can start working with us at the earliest possible time after selection.
· The Internships can be terminated
with a 1 week notice from either side.
· When the candidates obtain a call from the organization that they are placed in, they will be relieved with immediate effect to enable them report to work at the earliest possible.
·Compensation: Rs.8000/- during the internship period. Accommodation is provided for outstation candidates; the boarding and travel expenses while on business will be completely borne by the company.
· Those who want to continue on a full time basis after the internship, can continue in the company at a package of Rs 3 lakhs per annum CTC after signing a 2-year service agreement with us.
Selection Procedure
The selection would be based on quantitative aptitude test, group discussion and personal
interview.
The selected candidates will have an opportunity of directly working with our Directors (IIM alumni) and will gain immensely from their guidance. We actively encourage and support our associates in preparing for competitive exams and to take up higher education.
