Job Title:  Trainee: Business Development / Associate: Business Development

Job Description:
You will begin in an individual contributor’s role, working in a team of go-getters to help expand PrepOnline Application across the nation at large. You would be responsible for evaluating, helping and onboarding the children over the PrepOnline application.

Sector:
Sales, Business Development.
Preferred Skill Sets:
•       Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
•       Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
•       Having a knack for sales
•       Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
 
Academic Qualification:
Any Graduation/ Post Grad Degree
 
Job Location:
Delhi / NCR

Training:
All selected candidates will be part of a six month’s training process under the Trainee: Business Development profile at a monthly stipend of Rs 20,000. On successful completion of training, candidates will be promoted to the role of Associates: Business Development

CTC (BDT):INR 2,40,000 LPA fixed pay+ INR 2,40,000 LPA performance pay
CTC (BDA): INR 10,00,000 (5 lakh fixed pay + 5 lakh performance pay) (After Successful completion of training)
