As discussed, we are organizing a pre - joining visit for all the students selected by Fluor. It's going to be group of students participating from various institutes and regions.
The intent of this visit is to provide them a look and feel of their future workplace / city so that they come prepared at the time of joining.
This is just a few hours interactive session where they get to interact with delegates in the Organisation and develop an appreciation of general work environment.
The to-and-fro fare would be reimbursed to the students as per Company Policy / Rules.
You may please confirm if any of the below mentioned options suit the students:
You may like to consider examinations/practical schedule.
Please confirm your option so that we send a communication to all. This way students and delegates here will remain informed and better prepared for this visit. Also, students would get their train reservation on time.
Students need to travel in a group via same mode of travel so that all of them are entertained as a group in the Company.
Hope you will appreciate this initiative and cooperate us in carrying this endeavor ahead. Please send us your response by 28th March to help us block the calendar. The slots will be blocked on first come first serve basis as we intend inviting limited numbers each slot.
