Kia ora Everyone,

 

Join us again for the third Ako Ako session of the week by Denise Bijoux and an awesome team of place facilitators that she’s brought together. Join the Zoom link before 12:10pm to join live, or keep an eye out on placemking.nz next week for the video recording.

 

Bring your lunch tomorrow and join me as I talk with Lisbeth Alley, Philippa Holmes and Finn Mackesy about community led placemaking and how good placemaking values and includes local knowledge and everyday experience as much as any experts. We'll delve into things like how locally led placemaking can be a key way to help neighbourhoods reflect what matters to the people who live in them, especially when locals have decision making and leadership roles and find out how neighbours across Tāmaki Makaurau have been reshaping their local areas.
