FYI – Should be exciting! If you haven’t had a chance to go to a Placemaking Week event before, I’d strongly encourage it.

Friday, March 31, 2023 at 11:59pm EST is the deadline to submit a letter of interest to host Project for Public Spaces' Placemaking Week conference in 2024. Don't miss this opportunity to showcase your city’s favorite public spaces, programming efforts, and unique regional initiatives relating to public art, markets, street activations, and more. If your city and organization has the experience and capacity to host this vibrant event, be sure to apply!

Local hosts in the past have included Vancouver in 2016Amsterdam in 2017, and Chattanooga in 2019. Each city has benefited from expanding its professional network of placemaking leaders and sharing best practices with passionate advocates, both local and from around the world.
