Dear all,

Happy New Year 2013, hope you all have wonderful New Year Celebration. 

As previously explained, please find the attached Position Description for the Telstra and Origin Inbound Call Centre Consultant for your review. 

The following opportunity is one of the Community Development Education Program (CDEP) initiatives that run by CTX Network Australia.

Should any of you successful on the training; the role for Telstra is based on the CBD and Werribee and as for the Origin will be based on Mill Park, see Position Description for more details.

Information Session Details: 

1. Telstra Role: 

Thursday, 3rd Jan 2013 (10:00 am), or

Friday, 4th Jan 2013 (10:00 am)

2. Origin Role: 

Thursday, 3rd Jan 2013 (2.00 pm), or

Friday, 4th Jan 2013 (2.00 pm)

# Both Information Session will be held at the Melbourne CBD, 15 Williams Street, Melbourne. You cannot come without prior confirmation as you need to let me know when are you coming so I could reserve the seat for you.
