Would a digital camera be appropriate for taking pictures of the end
of the world, or should I use my 35mm?

I am concerned about archival properties.

Not a problem. Scan the pictures and send them to Je...@God.com.

I heard that with a wratten 37c filter attached to a step-up ring on the
CP950 that you can capture ghosts, angels, spirits, and demons. Nikon put
this in there, but didn't want to attract too much attention to it - you
can find a vague reference to it in their pre-release brochures on the
CP950. Nothing that I have found indicates that the inferior cameras from
Olympus, Kodak, etc. can capture this phenomenon. Yet another reason that
the CP950 is the best camera in the world, for the end of the world.

Hmph. It is well known that the legendary Zeiss P36, a vintage
optschrifteinnen quadra-polar is the end- all of end of it all cameras (not
to mention the ideal companion for ghost-month snap-shots). The P36, or
"blitzCamerin"as it was known in the heydays of the Third Reich, was
ESPECIALLY designed by Nazi engineers to withstand the most vicious
ghost-spirit onslaught imaginable (as slit-gauge tests and monocular
blotters of the time show) without the slightest glimmer of graininess,
able to capture even the blurriest banshee without the least bit of
red-shift shimmerization--a veritable pearl in the eyes of almost every
knowledgeable European and western opti-phile.
