谢谢师兄哈~这里面就有要找的各种版本

 

你们那边怎么分析中国会在1月31号提交给秘书处的NAMA内容？

 

NAMA是接收到了国外技术 资金和能力建设部分的减排行动吧？（这点有共识么？），那么中国会准备哪些内容呢？

 

如果上一点还存在不同的认识，那么是否中国就是仍然会提交气候行动方案，12 5计划的方向，以及碳减排强度？

 

其他同学有什么理解呢？
