SPARC Reel View Festival will showcase documentaries, TV plays and
video songs focused on children and child related issues, produced by
individuals, NGOs INGOs and TV Channels.
SPARC cordially invites TV channels, individuals, production houses,
NGOs, INGOs to submit their documentaries, TV Plays, Songs, Tele-film,
Drama, latest by November 18, 2009. The themes for the documentaries
and songs must be child rights.
Submit your material in DVD format.

Maximum time limit 10 min
Last date for submission is November 18
