Mod - 2 - Validity of Repo and Reverse Repo done by AII

Any Repo and reverse Repo transaction is valid as long as one of the
party is an AII.
eg. : Insurance do a reverse repo with a commercial bank
XYZ Berhad do a repo with a investment bank

In our notes module 2 on page 40 - it is mentioned that PDs have the
benefit of doing repo for less than 1 month. Other AII must be do at
least 1 month or longer when with non-bank customer.

THIS NO LONGER APPLIES. Now, all AII can do any tenor for repo.
