Hi everyone,

I'm just posting/emailing to inform you of some upcoming contests that
we're looking for players for that you might be interested in.

ACM programming competition
Currently, we're looking for one more programmer to join a team but
everyone is still welcome to participate.
This will take place on October 31 in Lincoln. It will talk most of
the day. The actual competition part will be in the morning followed
by a provided lunch and an awards banquet/dinner in the evening.

Polytechnic Institute of New York University CSAW Capture the Flag
competition.
This competition is on the 10th of October so I will need responses as
soon as possible. The contest is 24 hours long 12:01am on the 10th to
11:59pm on the 10th. We will be competing from the steal 2 lab and
food and caffeinated beverages will be provided.

If you are up for any of these contests please contact me at
adam.ge...@gmail.com

Also, we are in the works of getting monthly meetings started and
joining them with IEEE.

Oh man! you guys gotta practice!  Word to the wise: don't use ANSI C as your language of choice.

I have also been stricken with disease. I don't think it is going to happen.

Per Mr. Nugen, we are not competing this weekend.  If you're interested, we will be tackling the UCSB iCTF sometime in December.

http://ictf.cs.ucsb.edu/ for more info, if you want to start practicing/preparing.  Teams can be up to 20.
