The following positions are up for election:
President / Vice President : Adam Gehringer, Brent Horky, write-in
Treasurer: write-in
Secretary: write-in
Also, there will be a group vote on the following topic:
Should we merge group general meetings into IEEE's group meetings? Yes or No
Will you participate in making ACM an active organization in the next school year? Yes or No
The official ballot election will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 in room 383 starting at 6:00pm until 7:30pm
Because this will be our last group meeting, there will also be pizza available.
Online ballots will be accepted until Friday, April 17, 2009 at 11:59:59PM and will be submitted using an email to me. If anyone wants anonymity in their vote, this must be done on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at the meeting.
