[pkg-discuss] testsuite starting point

Hi All,

I've been given the go ahead to spend some time (30%) on IPS and I'm
looking for a place to start. Image-update is still high priority, but
to help get familiar with the current test suite, I thought I'd grab
something from here:

I currently have my eye on
7140415 coverage has lost coverage of usr/bin/pkg (client.py)
