That is odd as the URL come up as buckwheat. Looks like the buckwheat I use!



http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buckwheat   says it is a variety description of the group of plants, indicating maybe that a variety of common names exist to describe the differences!

Buckwheat in Hindi is called as ‘Kuttu’ कूटू . It is used in festivals during the fasting period.

I really enjoy French crêpes made with buckwheat flour! Yup that's buckwheat.

Gosh, forgot about that. Yes. There are lots of cultural foods left over from invasions or wanderings in. I expect the good ones stick around here!
