May this e-mail finds you well. I would like to forward you the news regarding International Court of Justice (ICJ), International Criminal Court (ICC), Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), and the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCPIL) visit to Indonesia. The visit will be held tomorrow (Tuesday, December 3, 2013) in two different occasions. The first event will be held at Kampus Depok, Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia. The second event will be held at Erasmus Huis, Jakarta. Here are the rundown of the two mentioned events as has been informed by Dekanat FHUI & Nuffic Neso-Erasmus Huis:

1. Studium Generale at Auditorium Soemadipradja & Taher Room, Building C, at Kampus Depok Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia (FHUI).

10.00 - 10.15 Speech by Judge Sang-Hyung Song (the President of ICC)

10.15 - 10.30  Speech by Judge Dalveer Bhandari (ICJ Judge)

10.30 - 10.45  Speech by Dr. Aloysius Llamson (Legal Counsel at the PCA)

10.45 - 11.00 Speech by Dr. Christophe Bernasconi (Secretary General of HCPIL)

11.00 - 11.45 Question & Answer Session - 3 sessions

For the event in FHUI, no RSVP is needed. Everyone are encouraged to come to the event.

2. Panel Discussion on ASEAN Charter on Human Rights at Erasmus Huis

Opening by Ambassador Tjeerd de Zwaan of  the exposition ‘100 years Peace Palace’  

Symbolic handover of the legal library at the Erasmus Huis to the Mahkamah Agung 

20.00 - 22.00          Keynote speech by Mrs. Yuyun Wahyuningrum, Senior Advisor on ASEAN and Human Rights Working Group.

Panel discussion moderated by Mrs. Indriaswati Dyah Saptaningrum, Exec. Director Institute for Policy Research and Advocacy, ELSAM
