Pond size

I am not sure what these houses and their gardens are like.

Do they have large gardens, or enough garden to contain their own waste water treatment cell. 300 sq feet of land is not much, and 300 sq feet of a vetiver cell containing 200 plants would easily dispose of the effluent from a single house. The cost of carrying out this treatment would be minimal - 200 plants plus planting.
