tcp connection destroyed when internet is disconnected

to PJSIP experts

I am working on a pjsip android app. I am using TCP for transport. Whenever app loses internet connection the tcp connection is getting destroyed. Even after the internet is again connected the tcp connection is not re-established. Can someone please help ?
