Compile PJSIP on ARM CORTEX M4

Hello guys,

I am very much new in hardware as well as compiling stuff into micro controller.

i was Wondering If there was any way I can  implement SIP protocol on ARM CORTEX M4 and use it as a IP Phone for making calls over networks.

Basically I would have to compile libraries in put them in there. So i just wanted to know which particular libraries i would need and how should i compile them.
