change sip_config on runtime

Hello developers, 

I know that we can change the sip_config setting through sip_config.h or sip_config.c 

but how can I change the setting in runtime through PJSIP Pjsua2JNI. So the java client be able the dynamically change it. 

how can I change the pjsip_cfg_t setting or how to call pjsip_cfg in java client side.
