PJH3 Mismanagement Meeting Minutes

Present: Present: AFC, Pussy Snatcher, Diddy Dicker, Bam Bam, Ice Hole, Sperm Polluter, Rumpled Foreskin, Jellobutt, Paprika Smiley

• Meeting called to order at 18:00 hrs

• Take last meeting minutes as read.
  
  

• Jungle Finances:
  Cash and assets increased by 471 baht from prior month which includes profit from hash rags sold. Without rags sold the hash cash would of decreased by 422 baht. Hash had 49 sign ups increased by 10 sign ups from the previous run. Average units of beer consumed was 4 which is considered the break even number of units for hash cash. Bus utilization was 95% with 19 hashers. 61% of hashers drove their own vehicles.
  
  

• Previous Runs: Run 404 on September 16 hares were Unstable Load and his clan. Run was fun and interesting. Nice waterfall, good food, and adequate "A" site. Fine day out.
  
  

• Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop: Good turnout from last bar crawl with 12 hashers tagging along. The next Chimps night out is expected to have some new venues with cheap bar. Meet 6pm at Boomerang Bar, October 31 NOT October 24. Diddy Dicker will lead the pack. This is a Halloween night out.
  
  

• Jungle Irregular Lunar Run: No runs planned. If anyone wants to volunteer and lay a trail see AFC.
  
  

• Rags: All good

• Website/FB: All fine

• Hare Line: Condition Green. No hares needed until January of next year.
  
  

• General Business:
  - Christmas dinner party at Nikeys Restaurant on Soi Baukau. 400 baht for adults and 200 baht for children. It will be a smorgasbord event, on Friday,  December 21, Bam Bam is organizing the dinner but won't be attending. Turkey and ham and other traditional foods will be on the menu. Pussy Snatcher will create an on line sign up sheet. Last day to pay in advance will be December 16. There will be a limitation to the numbers invited depending on available space. First pay, first served. We will not be serving wine this year.
  
  - AFC brought forward that he heard from some push bikers that they found rope along some of the trails that we use for running. One of the bikers was seriously injured due to the rope. The jungle hash did not use rope on the area in question.  In the future, hares should remember we share the trails with other groups and take that into consideration when setting runs.
  
  - Children under 18 years old do not need to lay trails in order to receive awards. We will begin collecting date of births for our records.
  
  - No organizing for transportation to the October Bangkok Bush hash due to hashers being very busy that week with other hashes.
  
  - Pussy Snatcher has authority to purchase a new eskie for the hash at the has everything store behind Big C as the old one broke its hinges.
  
  - Jellobutt volunteered to help load the beer, etc. on October 21 as Snatcher is out of town. JB goes to Snatcher's house at 1pm and Pussy #3 will also help load up. JB saves 100 baht by not using the baht bus. He is very happy about that.
