PJH3 Mismanagement Meeting Minutes

Present: Cannonball, Jackal, Pussy Snatcher, Diddy Dicker, Sperm Polluter, B.B., Bam Bam, Sheik Bin Shaggin, Ging Gang Googies, Pissed Pole Dancer

• Meeting called to order at 18:00 hrs

• Take last meeting minutes as read.
  
  

• Jungle Finances:
  Cash and Assets increased by 3,178 baht since the last meeting due to high season and lower consumption of beer.

• Previous Runs: GI Joe’s Birthday run, enjoyed by the hashers thanks for supplying dinner

• Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop: Big Crowd and Good night out. Thanks to Apple Bar for providing free food at the end.
  Next chimps night night out if nobody comes forward will be on December 25 at Nikom Court Starting at 6 PM

• Jungle Irregular Lunar Run: None scheduled.
  
  

• Rags: In good shape

• Website/FB: Up to date except for next run’s A-site location.

• Hare Line: Condition Red. Need hares to step up. Next open run is #435, 5 January.
  
  

• General Business:
  - Proposed and approved a Jungle Fun Raising Run to be held on Nations Day, Run #440, 15 March, 2020

To raise additional funds for the Jungle H3 we will be accepting donations of various items to be auctioned off on the run day, and through a silent auction via the Jungle website prior to the run. 

A couple of ideas floated and approved are:

- Pimping the hares out for two run dates. One date will be the Nations Day run, another date TBD. The idea is the hares for these two runs will auction themselves off to the highest bidder. The winners of the auction will receive the hare credit for the run. This will be a chance for those that haven't hared a run and can't hare a run for whatever reason to make a bid for the hare credit. While the pimped out hares will take care of setting the trail, the winners of the auction will be required to be present for the run so they can perform the circle duties as "hares" and receive the hare credit.

- Traditionally on the Nations Day Run, A-Site food is provided by the attendees with food representative of their respective countries. For the Fundraising Run, we'll provide donation buckets at each table so those sampling the various food items can leave a donation as a thank you for the food provided.

Jellobutt and Pussy Snatcher have volunteered to pimp themselves out as hares for the Nations Day/Fun Raising Run. If you’re interested in pimping yourself out as hares, please reply to this email with the open run date you’d like to hare.

Additional details about the Nations Day/Fun Raising Run to be announced once we have the website set up and ready to accept donations.

- Christmas dinner set for Wednesday December 18 at Nickys cost 350B and 200B for children starts at 1 pm. Three dinner choices. See the website. Last day to sign up is Saturday, December 14. Please pay Diddy Dicker by Sunday, December 15.
