• Meeting called to order at 18:00 hrs

• Take last meeting minutes as read.
  
  

• Jungle Finances:
  Cash and assets decreased by 772 baht from prior month which includes hash rags sold. Total sign ups were 61, an increase of 11 hashers from the previous run. Average units of beer consumed were 4 per hasher. 35 hashers used the baht buses which is 88% of capacity. 43% of hashers used their own vehicles.
  
  

• Previous Runs: All good, No issues.
  
  

• Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop: Piss Pole Dancer and Cannonball will be our host/hostess and guides. Chimps meet at Boomerang Bar at 18:00 on December 19. Baht bus transport will be available as we are off to Jomtien for the pub crawl. Chimps will find their own way back home. If you don't want to take the baht bus, contact the Boomerang bar to find out where to meet in Jomtien. Squeeze My Tube will organize the baht bus from Boomerang. Jungle funds will be available to help offset some of the baht bus cost.
  
  In addition, Diddy Dicker will purchase 50 chimp shirts at 209 baht per shirt to be sold at 300 baht per shirt. Funds of 12,500 baht were approved for this investment. Home Brew mentioned he liked the lighter material for the shirt.
  
  

• Jungle Irregular Lunar Run: Nothing planned. See AFC if you want to hare a run.
  
  

• Rags: All good

• Website/FB: A new feature, A Sites - Future & Past, has been designed by Snatcher and Bam Bam to help hares locate "A" sites from previous hashes and runs within 5 km from their proposed "A" site. Since areas around Pattaya are getting difficult to find new trails we want to avoid overlapping with other trials and A sites. This will also help hares coordinate and communicate with other hares if needed. This new feature will require hares to share information about their upcoming runs with Bam Bam regarding their trails, A site and other useful information.

• Hare Line: Condition Green. Next open run is in the month of February 2019.
  
  

• General Business:
  - We currently are holding 76,000 baht from the last Thai Nash Hash. The agreement was to hold these funds for 18 months for a future TNH. If another TNH is not held within this time period, we agree to donate these funds to the "Hand to Hand" locale charity which Nickys Bar and Restaurant helps to support. PH3 also helps this charity. December 31 is the expiration date.
  
  - Bam Bam will help with the food preparation for the January 6th run. Further discussion will take place on this issue at the next meeting. We also consider catering for the food.
  
  - It was agreed  that going forward the Boomerang Bar will be our semi-permanent meeting location instead of moving around each month. On special occasions we may opt to use another location with plenty of advance notice of the change in meeting location.
  
  - Sperm Polluter continues to wear gay glasses.
