PJH3 Mismanagement Meeting Minutes

Present: Present: Rumpled Foreskin, Pussy Snatcher, Sperm Polluter, The Wizard, Assaholic, Diddy Dicker, Bam Bam, Absolutely Fucking Clueless, and Jellobutt

• Meeting called to order at 18:00 hrs

• Take last meeting minutes as read.
  
  

• Jungle Finances:
  Cash and Assets increased 3,994B from the prior month
  
  Last run had a deficit of 2,380 baht including rags profit. A very low turnout of 41 hashers due to low season was seen as the cause of the deficit as well as a low utilization of baht buses (75% = 15 hashers) 63% of hashers used their own transport, up by 20% since last run. Some mismanagement members felt that some hashers might not of showed up due to a chance of rain. Members feel that finances should pick up with high season around the corner.
  
  

• Previous Runs: Last run had an excellent "A" site, Rumpled secured the area from a private local owner. Food was also very good. The site was mowed specifically for us by owner. Mismanagement agreed that if Rumpled  wanted to contact the owner again, we would allocate up to 500 baht to buy the gentleman a gift for his generosity to the hash. Good straight forward 8km trail.
  
  

• Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop: B.B. led the charge of 12 chimps out the Thursday before the 400th run. Diddy Dicker will do the rounds for us August 22. Meet at Boomerang Bar, 6pm.
  
  

• Jungle Irregular Lunar Run: Last lunar run was hared by Jellobutt. Nice new "A" site at Beach Bum Bar. 8km urban trail. Jellobutt has no recollection of what happened that evening post 7pm.
  
  

• Rags: All good

• Hare Line: Condition Red. September 2 will be hared by White China man, and Doesn't Cum Often. Suggestion that Mud Cracker do a live hare run when he gets back to town. He knows a lot of the local trails by heart. Only 2 more hares are needed to fill this year's calendar. Diddy Dicker volunteered to drive hares to their trails if transport is needed. Snatcher has maps and a GPS as well so really it only takes effort, not much resources, for hashers to lay trails.
  
  

• General Business:
  - Mismanagement points out that 2 hares may run for free which includes free baht bus service on the day of their run. Same with any awards that include a free run, free baht bus service is also included.
  
  - August 18th is the Bush Hash. Pay 250 baht to Diddy Dicker at the Boomerang Bar to reserve a baht bus seat. Hash is free, no sign up fee, Bring your own drink and eats. Meet at Buffalo Bar 13:00 sharp for the baht bus. Return around 20:30.
  
  - Sperm Polluter will call out to the PGH3 soon for another congregation.
  
  - Some talk about "bucketing the baby", and "tube the kids" but all that was forgotten.
