PJH3 Mismanagement Meeting Minutes

Present: Pussy Snatcher, Bam Bam, Diddy Dicker, Mental Disorder, AFC, Paprika Smiley, Menstrual Disorder, Jellobutt, Crapper, Pocket Socket, Bull Trac

• Pussy Snatcher called the meeting to order at 6.00 pm.

• Take last meeting minutes as read.
  
  

• Jungle Finances: Bam Bam.
  Cash and Assets decreased by about 12K from last month due to expenditures on the AGPU dinner. Finances continue to be in good shape. AGM Year End Summary And Comparison provided at end of minutes.
  
  

• Previous Runs:
  Great runs. Thank you hares and volunteers. GM For The Day was well received, even though the circle was shortened due to heavy rain.
  
  Advice for Hares: Hares are requested to consider keeping their a-site selection close to Pattaya when their run falls on a holiday weekend. To the extent the baht bus drivers will listen, we’ll also endeavour to suggest to them routes with less traffic to/from the a-site.
  Hares are also requested to route their trails away from newly planted crops. If a trail follows the border of a crop field, to plan the trail so runners will not be tempted to shortcut across the field.

As always, a big thank you to the hares and volunteers on A-site prep/clean up detail. Their efforts are appreciated.

• AGPU Dinner: Those in attendance enjoyed a good night of socializing, drinking and eating at the Sea Falcon.
  Thoughts for next year’s dinner:
  - Looking for location in Pattaya. All suggestions welcome.
  - To give our brewmasters, G.I. Joe and Squeeze My Tube a day off we’ll be looking into the venue providing drinks and issuing drink chits to attendees.
  - For awards we’ll use a system of nominations for award categories and voting for the winner ahead of the dinner. We’ll also continue with Marathon Man’s excellent idea of awarding a birdy award, or some other appropriate prop to the winner of each award category.

• Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop: The Chimps Bar Hop continue to be well attended and enjoyed by all. Next Chimps Bar Hop is on 21 June. Please contact our Chimps organizers, Diddy Dicker or Piss Pole Dancer if you can help or have an idea for a Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop.
  
  

• Jungle Irregular Lunar Run: June 2nd Lunar Run was well attended. Hare line is open. Anyone wanting to hare a Lunar, please contact the GM, AFC.
  
  

• Rags: Rags sales continue to be strong under the capable hands of Lord Lucan, Bushwoman, Diddy Dicker and Pissed Pole Dancer. LL has completed a full inventory of Jungle rags. During LL’s absence, rags will be stored at Pussy Snatcher’s home and Diddy Dicker will provide rags transport to/from runs.

• Hare Line: Of growing concern are the open run dates beginning with 31 July. If you have never hared a run, or have not hared recently, please contact the Hare Raiser, Mr. Giggle Shits. For those that have never hared a run or have not hared in a long time, expect increasing pressure from your fellow hashers to step up and grab an open date. We are also looking for a co-hare raiser to help out when either hare raiser can not make a run.
  
  

• General Business:
  - 2016 PJH3 Post Mekong Extravaganza: Schedule is set and registration is open.
  - Philippine Independence Day Run, 19 June: 2,000 baht approved for a-site food. As this run is also a Sam Mig beer promo run, beer choices will be limited to Sam Mig and Singha Light. Bam Bam to follow up with Sam Mig contacts to provide directions to a-site.
  - Thai Nash Hash: Organizing sub-committee has been formed. Member list can be found at this link. Date will be 2 to 4 June. Red dress run on Friday, main run on Saturday, hangover run on Sunday. Limit of 300. Signup fee will be 2,900 baht. Venue will be Town In Town. Bam Bam is working on website and on-line registration form.
