PJH3 Mismanagement Meeting Minutes

6 March 2018 at Easy R Con Bar

Present: Sperm Polluter, Paprika Smiley, Pussy Snatcher, Diddy Dicker, AFC, Robbing Bastard, Marathon Man, Crapper, Shithead, Testicles, The Wizard, Mad Cow, Bananas, Sheik Meme, Beetroot Head, Rumpled Foreskin

• Meeting called to order at 18:00 hrs

• Take last meeting minutes as read.
  
  

• Jungle Finances:
  Finances continue to be in reasonable shape. Cash and Assets decreased 5,635B from the prior month
  
  

• Previous Runs: The last runs were considered to be good runs.
  
  Reminder to hares: Please take into consideration sunset time and travel time from Pattaya to the A-site when planning trail length. We would like for all runners and walkers to have a chance to finish the trail before twilight.
  
  

• Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop: The next Chimps Bar Hop will be on 21 March starting from Boomerang Bar at 18.00hrs.
  
  If you have ideas for Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop or would like to help, please contact Diddy Dicker.
  
  

• Jungle Irregular Lunar Run: No run planned for the near future, anyone interested in haring a Lunar Run, please contact the Lunar GM, AFC.
  
  

• Rags: The rags are in good shape.

• Website/FB: Up to date
  
  

• Hare Line: The Hare Line is condition RED the next open run date is 6 May 2018.
  
  

• General Business:
  - The baht buses left the A site without being told to do so, it will be reiterated to the drivers and the hashers that they will not leave until the A site has been cleared.
  
  

• Next meeting 3 April at Boomerang Bar and Guest House
