PJH3 Mismanagement Meeting Minutes

Present: Sperm Polluter, Pussy Snatcher, Diddy Dicker, AFC, Bam Bam, Mad Cow, Sheik Bin Shaggin, Homebrew, Jackal, Arseaholic, Doesn’t Cum Often

• Meeting called to order at 18:00 hrs

• Take last meeting minutes as read.
  
  

• Jungle Finances: Bam Bam
  Finances continue to be in good shape. Cash and Assets decreased 798B from the prior month
  
  

• Previous Runs: The last runs were considered to be very good runs, hares were Love Boat, Peler, Desert Scorpion and Camel Humper, followed by Pedo Pete and Dreggs.
  
  Reminder to hares: Please take into consideration sunset time and travel time from Pattaya to the A-site when planning trail length. We would like for all runners and walkers to have a chance to finish the trail before twilight.
  
  

• Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop: The last Chimps Bar Hop was considered a success and the next bar hop will be on 20 December starting from Boomerang Bar and Guest House at 18.00hrs.

• Jungle Irregular Lunar Run: No run planned for the near future, anyone interested in haring a Lunar Run, please contact the Lunar GM, AFC.
  
  

• Rags: The rags are in good shape, restocking will take place.

• Website/FB: Up to date
  
  

• Hare Line: The Hare Line is condition Green the next open run date is 1 April 2018.
  
  Reminder for those that lack transport for haring a run, the Jungle now has a loaner motorbike available for hares. Contact G.I. Joe if you would like to use the motorbike.
  
  

• General Business:
  - The Xmas dinner is in the process of being arranged, the date will be 23 December, venue to be confirmed.
  
  - A back up source for circle food has been identified if required.
  
  - Sometime ago a discussion was held regarding the minimum cash balance required to trigger action on cost savings and revenue increase. That discussion was not included in the minutes therefore the constitution will be updated to include that figure of B75,000.
  
  - The request to purchase new circle stools was approved
  
  - Following on from an incident that came to light it was decided that if a person is driving home after the circle has ended then they will not be included in the drinking tube scenario.
  
  - Please note that it is the intention of the Beer Master to provide enough beers for the circle and only the circle, if there is a surplus once the circle is closed then 1 beer may be taken for the road.
