PJH3 Mismanagement Meeting Minutes

Present: Pussy Snatcher, Bam Bam, Diddy Dicker, Paprika Smiley, Piss Pole Dancer, Crapper, Pocket Socket, Airhead, Special Price, AFC, Jellobutt, Sheik Bin Shaggin, Sperm Polluter
· Pussy Snatcher called the meeting to order at 6.00 pm.

Take last meeting minutes as read.

Jungle Finances: Bam Bam.
Cash and Assets increased by about 3.2K from last month. Finances continue to
be in good shape.
· Previous Runs: Runs are well attended now that it’s high season. Thank you to the hares and volunteers on A-site prep/clean up detail. Their efforts are appreciated.
· Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop: Had 20+ at Australia Day Crawl. Boomerang Bar hosted the food. Great time for friends to get together and socialize. Next Chimps Bar Hop is on 24 February. Please contact our Chimps organizers, Diddy Dicker or Piss Pole Dancer if you can help or have an idea for a Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop.
· Jungle Beer Hunters: It was agreed to make this an official Jungle affiliate with Real Sadistic Bastard as the inaugural Grand Poobeer. The Jungle Beer Hunters are for those not into running, but interested in scouting out the nearest watering hole while the runners are on trail.

Jungle Irregular Lunar Run: Next Irregular Lunar will
happen sometime in the first week of March, starting and finishing at the Thistle
Bar. Atomic Muff Diver and Bull Trac are
the live hares. Details to follow when a date is decided on.
Anyone wanting to hare a Lunar, please contact the GM, AFC.
· Rags: Rags sales continue to be strong under the capable hands of be Diddy Dicker and Piss Pole Dancer. Inventory is in good shape.
· Website: Up to date.
· Hare Line: In great shape. Next open date is 15 May. If you would like to hare a run, please contact the Hare Raiser, Lord Lucan.

General Business:
- Run #350 (17 July): Gangreen has requested this date for the 2nd
Annual Fat Lazy Bastards run as it closest to his b’day. Pussy Snatcher offered
to co-hare and will contact Gangreen. Options for combining this theme run with
run #350 celebrations will be discussed at the next mismanagement meeting.
- 2016 PJH3 Post Mekong Extravaganza: As this year’s Indochina Mekong Hash will
take place on 4-6 November which is the weekend of a Jungle run, it was decided
to push back that run to 13 November and to make the 30 October run a Pre
Mekong Extravaganza event. The Irregular Lunar GM agreed to organize a Lunar
run as part of the Extravaganza. Pussy Snatcher will contact Squeeze My Tube to
enlist her help in organizing a Saturday boat trip. Bam Bam has agreed to add a
registration page to help track who, and how many are interested in attending
each of the Extravaganza events.
- AGPU Dinner: Pussy Snatcher to contact Sea Falcon about the possibility of once
again using their restaurant to host the AGPU dinner/party.
- Drinking on Baht Buses: We will
maintain the status quo for now, but with a reminder made at the end of every
run to keep drinking on baht buses discrete. In addition, those that choose to
drink on the baht buses will be finically liable for any fines incurred.
· Next meeting 1 March at the R-Con Bar.
Meeting closed at 19:02 pm where on Piss Pole Dancer in celebration of the end of another exciting meeting rang the bell. Thanks Piss Pole Dancer!
