PJH3 Mismanagement Meeting Minutes

Present: Sperm Polluter, Pussy Snatcher, Bam Bam, Diddy Dicker, AFC, Wizard, Unstable Load, Seal Sucker, Bananas, Arse Van Hole, Rat Van Kiel, Sugar Daddy, Marathon Man

• Meeting called to order at 6:02 pm.

• The last meeting minutes were not recorded.
  
  

• Jungle Finances: Bam Bam.
  Finances continue to be in good shape bearing in mind it is low season.
  
  

• Previous Runs: The last run was the outstation run at Koh Sichang, general feedback was that it turned out to be a good weekend, well organized and without any hiccups.
  
  Reminder to hares: Please take into consideration sunset time and travel time from Pattaya to the A-site when planning trail length. We would like for all runners and walkers to have a chance to finish the trail before twilight.
  
  

• Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop: Next Chimps Bar Hop is on 23 August starting from Boomerang Bar at 18.00hrs.
  
  If you have ideas for Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop or would like to help, please contact Diddy Dicker.
  
  

• Jungle Irregular Lunar Run: Next run Wednesday 6 September, starting in Jomtien, Hared by Wizard and Dirt Looney, please check the website for further details.
  
  Anyone interested in haring a Lunar Run, please contact the Lunar GM, AFC.
  
  

• Rags: The rags are in good shape, an audit and restocking will take place in the near future.

• Website/FB: Up to date.
  
  

• Hare Line: The Hare Line went from condition Red to Green in 2 days, thanks to those who stepped forward, the next open run date 1 October.
  
  Reminder for those that lack transport for haring a run, the Jungle now has a loaner motorbike available for hares. Contact G.I. Joe if you would like to use the motorbike.
  
  

• General Business:
  - The plastic Jungle Banner is showing signs of wear and tear, if anyone knows where we could source another one please contact Diddy Dicker at Boomerang Bar.
  - The Bangkok Bush Hash will be holding their inaugural run August 12, anyone interested in attending please register online at Bangkok Bush H3 website.
