PJH3 Mismanagement Meeting Minutes

7 November 2017 at Maggie Mays Bar

Present: Sperm Polluter, Paprika Smiley, Bananas, Pissed Pole Dancer, Bam Bam

• Meeting called to order at 18:00 hrs

• Take last meeting minutes as read.
  
  

• Jungle Finances: Bam Bam
  Finances continue to be in good shape bearing in mind it is low season. Cash and Assets decreased 4,165B from the prior month
  
  

• Previous Runs: The last runs were considered to be good runs with Pedo Pete and Fag Hacker and then Fag Hacker and Ice Hole bearing in mind they do not have much experience haring and Ice Hole was a virgin hare. Surely they will have learned some lessons for future haring.
  
  Reminder to hares: Please take into consideration sunset time and travel time from Pattaya to the A-site when planning trail length. We would like for all runners and walkers to have a chance to finish the trail before twilight.
  
  

• Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop: The next Chimps Bar Hop will be 22 November  starting from Boomerang Bar at 18.00hrs.
  
  If you have ideas for Chimps Night Out/Bar Hop or would like to help, please contact Diddy Dicker.
  
  

• Jungle Irregular Lunar Run: No run planned for the near future, anyone interested in haring a Lunar Run, please contact the Lunar GM, AFC.
  
  

• Rags: The rags are in good shape, an audit and restocking will take place in the near future.

• Website/FB: Up to date
  
  

• Hare Line: The Hare Line is condition Green the next open run date is 18 March 2018.
  
  Reminder for those that lack transport for haring a run, the Jungle now has a loaner motorbike available for hares. Contact G.I. Joe if you would like to use the motorbike.
  
  

• General Business:
  - A question was raised regarding the Xmas Dinner, where and when? TBA
  
  - Another point was raised regarding the food after the run, i.e. Should we still rely on the hares to provide food because generally it's the same people providing the food regardless of who the hares are, should we outsource the food the same way we have done regarding the beer truck etc or should we just not provide food at all.
  
  The general feeling from those present was to continue with the food as we are, however this point will be discussed further.
  
  - Approved to raise the a-site food budget to 2000B for high season. Reminder the hares are still responsible for covering the cost of chips and fruit for the after run snack.
  
  

• Next meeting 5 December at Thistle Bar.
